Chapter 2(Caroline Singer and Raffi Tchamanian, Co-CEO's at Prime MSO)

• During this episode we kicked off the beginning of Chapter 2 with two young executives that are Co-CEOS of the Prime Surgical centers. They have multiple practices based in Los Angeles. Caroline and Raffi have grown their company to a 220 million dollar valuation. We take a deep dive into their day to day roles, learn leadership and operational management strategies, and talk about the effect COVID has had on their supply chain.
